He founded and served as CEO for Atlantic Property Management a real estate development company. He is the founder and Administrator of two private Marietta day schools, West Cobb Preparatory Academy and West Cobb Primary Prep. He also serves as the Chairman of the school board of JCPA.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from theUniversity of Houston and an MBA. He is also a graduate of Control Data Institute.
Olu lives in Marietta, Georgia with his wife and three children. His interests include reading, golf and soccer.

The professional career of Toks debut when he won twice fellowship awards from European Economic Commission in 1980 for a Master’s degree program study in National Development and Project Planning, and in 1985 for another Master’s degree program study in Business System Analysis and Design, he more or less followed the steps of his father who won scholarships twice to study in UK. He was invited to IBM research triangle institute in 1981 when IBM first brought out its first PC and this inspired him further into Information Technology Communication (ITC) and project management and these experiences tremendously influenced his professional path.
His experience includes many years as a director of computer services, project planning and system development. He is the founder, President and CEO of International Information and Application, IITA, Inc. here in Atlanta. Toks has managed projects in US, Europe and Africa and has organized international forums on business development, management and legislative leadership conferences. He served as a member of advisory council of Georgia Africa chamber of commerce for many years.
Toks has written several position papers and articles on business system analysis and design, project planning and project management. Charles Green began working in his parent’s small business at age 8, and attended many “board meetings” around the dinner table. Today he is an eminent authority on small businesses with over 30 years of advising, financing, and investing in business owners and entrepreneurs. He consults with small business owners through publications, seminars, and direct engagement on a broad range of business financing topics through Charles Green & Company.
He has experience as a commercial banker, venture capitalist, business advisor and business owner, and he founded and served as President/CEO of Sunrise Bank of Atlanta. Charles has had clients from more than 30 countries and served as corporate director for several businesses in the U.S., Mexico, and Europe, including a NASDAQ-listed company.
More recently, he founded Small Business Finance Institute to foster and develop organizations which create jobs, improve communities, and change lives through successful entrepreneurship and better financial management.
Charles authored several books and articles about business financing, including The SBA Loan Book (Adams Media), the bestselling book on its topic. He has been interviewed about small business financing by CNN, CNBC, NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, Bloomberg, Business Week, Entrepreneur, Inc., Success, Essence, Crain’s Business, Fortune Small Business, Reuters, AP Radio, Business Radio, and other print and electronic media outlets.
He earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Alabama and completed the Stonier National Graduate School of Banking at the Wharton School of Business. He serves as Chair of the Fulton County Arts Council and as a Director of the Atlanta Medical Center. In 2005 he was named the Financial Services Champion by the Georgia District of theU.S. Small Business Administration.
